Happy Friday! I'm so happy that you are here!
I've been thinking about you a lot as I've been editing and adding to my book, and I know that Celebrating Your Life is going to inspire you to live the life of your dreams if you choose to read it and engage with it.
One of the chapters of the book is devoted to relationships, and today I want to talk to you about the most beneficial thing you can do in any of your relationships.
Whenever you see a loved one in pain or suffering for some reason (either physically, mentally, or emotionally), your greatest gift to this person is to see him or her thriving regardless of the current circumstances.
Whether you come from a religious background or not, you've likely heard about how Jesus was able to heal all kinds of conditions with great ease. Do you know how he did that?
He believed in the well-being of each person so strongly that he never saw the illness. He only saw the well-being that was present and flowing to each person. When people were in his presence, they believed in their own well-being too.
If your significant other, child, parent, or friend is injured, depressed, stressed out, or sick, you can create change in that situation by visualizing the person as happy and healthy. Picture them with plenty of energy to engage in the activities they love.
If someone hasn't been happy or healthy for a long time and it's hard to visualize them thriving, you can simply picture them as a glowing ball of light that is filled with well-being.
Sometimes you have to step far enough away from someone to be able to practice this until you get so good at believing in their well-being that you can be around anyone who is suffering and see only their health and happiness.
I invite you to start seeing the well-being of everyone in your life and watch how you immediately feel better knowing that anyone has the opportunity to thrive if they choose to know their own well-being.
I love you, and I look forward to hanging out with you on Monday before I take a break for our trip to San Diego.
Much love to you,
Amber
