have more fun

March 29, 2024

Hey hey!

Are you ready to have more fun today? πŸ˜€

I was just enjoying a mini dance party before I sat down to write, and I invite you to put on your favorite upbeat song and have a quick dance party if you're able (even if you're sitting down).

I don't know about you, but I've been taking life WAY too seriously lately. πŸ€ͺ

I've been hearing about so much contrast in other people's lives, and now I'm ready to have some fun. πŸŽ‰

It's springtime here in the US, Easter is in a couple of days, the weather is getting warmer, and nature is welcoming us back outside.

I LOVE being outside! β˜€οΈ

What do you like to do for fun?

Have you done any of these things recently?

It's okay to have fun even if you're dealing with some heavy things in your life.

In fact, it's very important that you make time for fun in order to soar through whatever issues you're facing.

Do you want to hear something awesome that will give you a big dose of hope?

A man named Norman Cousins became famous when he cured himself of cancer by watching something funny every day, and he laughed his cancer cells away.

(You can try some laughter therapy for yourself by following along with Sebastian Gendry in the TEDx video below.)

If laughing and having fun is powerful enough to cure cancer, imagine how much magic you could create in the situations in your life if you would set the intention to have more fun.

"Problems" work themselves out when you're busy having fun.

Solutions flow easily when you allow yourself to melt into joy.

Life is supposed to be fun! πŸŽ‰

We're not here in these bodies to struggle and sacrifice and solve all of life's "problems".

We're here to experience abundant amounts of joy!!! πŸ˜ƒ

Are you with me?

Are you ready to have more fun today?

Are you ready to crank up the music and dance your little heart out?

Let's go, baby! πŸŽ‰πŸ’ƒπŸΌπŸ•ΊπŸΌ

Much love to you,
