Hello there! I am so thankful for each of you who reached out and sent loving thoughts to Chad as he is going through this intense season at work. We really appreciate every one of you!
On this beautiful fall Friday, I'd love to talk to you about something that I'm really passionate about.
I've been reading a book called The Creative Cure: How Finding and Freeing Your Inner Artist Can Heal Your Life by Jacob Nordby, and it talks about how you can heal anything in your life by tapping into your creative side.
Whether you enjoy sewing, cooking, baking, photography, painting, writing, sculpting, gardening, playing an instrument, underwater basket weaving, etc., any of these things get you in touch with who you really are.
The rest of the world fades away, and you become fully present in the moment.
I obviously love writing, and it brings me so much joy to connect with you in this way.
In fact, I'm loving the writing process so much that I've decided to start writing my first book in January!
What is it that you enjoy doing so much that you can't wait until the next time you get to do it?
The tool for today is to indulge your creative side and spend some time either today or this weekend creating something beautiful.
It will do wonders for your soul!
Let me know what creative projects you are diving into, and I'll meet you here again next week.
Much love to you,
