Good morning! I am so happy to be here with you again!

Today I'd like to share with you the journey I've been on lately and introduce you to a fun new tool that you can use in your own life.

Throughout the majority of my life, I have tended to be someone who lives in my head.

I've done my fair share of overthinking everything and trying to solve problems by thinking about them until there is smoke coming out of my head. 🤪

Maybe you can relate.

By overthinking everything (including the everyday moments when there isn't much going on), I have missed out on the blessings in so many experiences.

Recently I have set the intention to really be present in my life and to savor even the seemingly dull moments.

What I've found is that when I bring all of me to this moment and then to the next and the next, I see life so much more clearly, and I get to experience fresh beauty in things that I have been taking for granted.

Life has been surprising and delighting me in some unexpected ways.

All of my senses are heightened when I am fully immersed in each moment, and I get to see, smell, hear, taste, and touch things that I've missed out on before.

When I'm fully aware, life is so excited to tickle my senses with things it knows I will enjoy.

Every interaction I have with people and out in nature is deeper, richer, and more delicious.

As I've been practicing different tools to help me be more present in every single aspect of my life, I've found that the one that is most helpful to me is putting all of my attention right behind my eyes and really looking at whatever is in front of me.

Often, my attention tends to be in my head where I'm running away with my thoughts, but if I take all of that attention and put it right behind my eyes, I experience life in high definition.

If this sounds like fun to you, try it out.

As many times as you think about it throughout your day, put all of your attention behind your eyes and let me know what you experience.

Here's to a day of greater presence!

Much love to you,
