Good morning, sweet friend! ☕

I'm sending you a warm hug wherever you are in the world. 🤗

As we get busy with all of the things we like to do around the holidays and as we think about all the fun things we'll be getting for Christmas, it's easy to forget about all of the wonderful things we already have in our lives.

Can you take just a minute right now to look around you at all of the reminders of the blessings in your life?

Right outside my window, there are robins chirping and eating little round fruits off of our tree.

How cool is it that nature abundantly provides even in the colder seasons?

I am surrounded by so much love, laughter, and beauty in my life, and I feel so deeply supported in everything that I do. ❤️

Do you also have things to be grateful for?

Maybe you're grieving a loss this holiday season or feeling overwhelmed and stressed.

What little things can you find in your immediate surroundings to be thankful for as you grieve or process whatever emotions that you're experiencing?

What things make your life worth living?

I know that I am incredibly thankful to have a husband who adores me and who provides wonderfully for our family.

I'm thankful for my sweet, hilarious kids that I get to spend all day every day with as I watch them learn, grow, create, and interact with one another.

I'm thankful for our extended families who love us deeply and support us in so many incredible ways.

I'm thankful for our friends who we enjoy connecting with and encouraging on this life adventure.

I'm thankful for the feelings of stability, security, and abundance that Chad's job gives us.

I'm thankful for our wonderful home that keeps us warm and comfortable during this very cold season.

I'm thankful for you and your willingness to be you and to show up in this space a few times a week where we remind one another to keep shining brightly no matter what else is going on around us. 💜

If you really want to enjoy this holiday season to the fullest, I invite you to find things to appreciate in every situation you find yourself in.

Whether you're working, Christmas shopping, grocery shopping, wrapping presents, driving the kids around, or hanging out with friends and family, what beauty can you find in your surroundings?

There is always something to appreciate even if it's just that you have air to breathe.

If you need to take a moment of peace to just breathe, I invite you here to spend a few minutes doing that.

I love you, I am incredibly grateful to have you in my life, and I'll be over here glowing with appreciation and inviting you to do the same. 😘

I'll see you next week!

Much love to you,

Amber
