Good morning! Today I'm going to invite you to a fun challenge that can drastically improve the quality of your life.
I've been reading Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, and Mr. Eker talks about how you attract what you think about.
Whatever you focus on expands.
One of the best things you can do to improve your health, your financial situation, your relationships, and your level of happiness is to give up the human tendency to complain.
Mr. Eker says, "When you are complaining, you become a living, breathing 'crap magnet'." 💩🧲
That's a fun visual! 😂
I laughed so hard when I read that, but it is absolutely true.
We attract more of whatever we put our focus on.
So we can choose to focus on the best parts of our lives or the worst.
We can attract more beauty, love, abundance, joy, fun, and well-being or we can attract more crap. 😜
I've seen this happen time and time again in my own life, so I can confirm that the law of attraction is just as consistent as the law of gravity.
Mr. Eker recommends giving up complaining for a whole week to see how this one habit can change your life.
Would you like to join me for this 7-day challenge?
For one week, we will make the intention to notice when we start complaining in our heads or out loud, and we'll quickly shift our focus to something that is working beautifully in our lives.
Just making the intention to appreciate more and to focus on the amazing parts of our lives during the next 7 days will reap us incredible benefits!
I'm excited to do this with you if you'd like to join me! 😀
Have a wonderful Easter weekend, and we'll talk next week! 🐣
Much love to you,
