Simply set a timer for 5 minutes and feel all the love, joy, ease, freedom, fun, excitement, abundance, and appreciation that you will feel when you have everything that you desire.
If you notice your mind wandering off and trying to figure out how to make your dreams come true or doubting your dreams, bring it back to the delightful feelings that your dream life will give you.
That's all you have to do.
Just 5 minutes a day.
I bet you can find 5 quiet minutes in your day to focus on feeling good.
As you do this for several days in a row, you'll start to notice situations and things popping into your life that inspire the feelings that you've been intentionally feeling during your 5 minutes a day.
